When the chaps at Drop came to us with their idea – which was to launch a service delivering top-quality wine at retail prices to customers wherever they were – we were very keen to get involved. This project promised to draw extensively on our skills and experience in the areas of:

The iOS app and website visibile to customers is just the tip of the iceberg. Alongside it is a suite of back-end tools and services including Content Management Systems, product and order management systems, an interface for optimising routes to maximise delivery efficiency, a location-aware app for the delivery riders to enable the live countdown clock shown to customers and a fair bit more.

We assisted the client with our expertise through every step of the process from conception and discovery, wireframes and UX design, project management and development, user testing and deployment, through to follow-up, and maintenance.

Our custom-designed analytics implementation means that every click, every search, every page-view, every contact, every preference, every add-to-cart, every checkout and every delivery is tracked, analysed and displayed on a series of back-end dashboards. Conversion rates for different user segments are monitored closely which allows our clients to see the precise ROI from each of their marketing activities and to respond to the market in real time. 

The app has a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating in the App Store, and the business is flourishing and contemplating future investment and expansion.
